 | | 2. Knowledge, faith, a positive out look, and true calling to

 | | help others is the only defense you have for yourself

 | | in a haunted or paranormal location.

 | | 3. Whatever you do know when to back away from a

 | | situation, and ask for help from a more experienced
|
 | | person or group. Your actions can make the situation
|
 | | worse; you can unknowingly bring their problems
|
 | | home with you. You may be a total skeptic until it is
|
 | | proven to you that there is an unseen world. When it
|
 | | happens to you, when you see an apparition, when you
|
 | | are touched, scratched or hit. You need to have
|
 | | knowledge base to handle that situation.

 | | 4. Start with studying the religions and beliefs of the

 | | world and in particular the beliefs of the person you
|
 | | are trying to help. Religions

 | | 5. Learn from others their knowledge and their mistakes. I

 | | would much rather learn from someone else's mistakes
|
 | | than suffering through the mistake myself. If you
|
 | | are kind and respectful most people love sharing what
|
 | | they know.
